• Sign an annual contract, billed monthly, once you are enrolled.

• If you didn’t choose the optional consultation, we’ll cover your medical history and begin the discussion of your custom-tailored care-plan in your first appointment.

How Does Devine Concierge Medicine Work?
Our membership fee is all-inclusive. For a monthly fee of $500, you’ll receive world class medicine with unlimited same-day appointments, house calls, and around-the-clock access to your physician via their personal cell phone.

Your physician is available around the clock via their personal cell phone. If you have a question about your care, need a new prescription, or just need your physician to look at that picture of your rash, we’re here to help.

We offer house calls so you can meet with your physician in the privacy of your own home, with cutting-edge technology and diagnostic equipment. If you’re traveling, appointments are available via video or phone call.
Fast Turnarounds
With a limited number of patient spots, our physicians have the luxury of time, meaning fast turnarounds for test results, prescriptions, and feedback.
Care Coordination
If specialist care, testing, or a hospital stay is needed, we make all the arrangements to ensure seamless continuity of care. We have a large network of health professionals and will help ensure that you get the quality of care that you deserve.

ADD-ON SERVICES
As a member of Devine Concierge Medicine, all primary care is covered under your membership fee. In addition, we offer add-on services that are available at a discounted rate for members.
Early Detection Cancer Screening
We offer Galleri early detection cancer screening, which can detect 50+ types of cancer, many of which are not commonly screened for today.
In-Home IV Infusions
Ensure proper hydration and a balance of essential vitamins & minerals with regular or as needed IV infusions. Great when preparing for vacation, recovering from illness, or boosting your immune system.
Medical Marijuana Referrals and Consulting
Our physicians are certified to provide medical cannabis referrals in Pennsylvania, and are available for consulting about whether medical cannabis is right for you.
Insurance and Concierge Medicine
We do not accept insurance, as everything is covered by your membership fee. Operating outside the limitations of insurance is what allows us to provide the highest quality care available — we work for you, not for an insurance company. Your medical care is determined by your physician with your best interests in mind, not based on what your insurance thinks you need.
Health insurance is still recommended to provide coverage for non-included services such as hospitalization, surgery, specialist referral, medications, diagnostic radiology, laboratory tests, and so on.
We are connected to the top specialists and hospitals in the area, so when you need a referral, or need to visit the hospital, we’ll make all the arrangements to ensure seamless continuity of care.
